ALL-HANDS ONBOARDING TRAINING

“U.S. Responsible Gaming”

DESCRIPTION:

This training is required by regulation and must be taken as a new hire AND annually.

Key components of this training are covering an overview of responsible gaming, signs and consequences of problems, DraftKings’ responsible gaming tools, licensee responsibilities, and regulatory requirements. You will be required to pass an assessment (quiz) at the end of the training.

LENGTH: 60 minutes

FREQUENCY: Upon hire and annually

CUSTOMER-FACING TEAMS

“RG Playbook Onboarding / Identifying and Escalating RG Issues”

DESCRIPTION:

This training is required for customer-facing employees (CX, VIP, PP) at onboarding and is modified to each of those functions.

Key components of this training are covering DK & customer-facing employee roles in responsible gaming, identifying and escalating potentially problematic play and crisis situations, and the types of remediation for problematic play and crisis with our Player Protection team. Recent real examples will be shared.

Length: 45-60 minutes

Frequency: On hire and as required by manager
